If you're preparing for a discovery call, planning a new website, or validating an offer, there's one thing you need before you write a word or design a wireframe:

Clarity on your Source Context, Central Entity, and Central Search Intent.

This is where the Buyer Persona Generator comes in: a guided assistant inside ChatGPT that helps you define your strategic foundation in less than 15 minutes.

I started building this tool because I kept running into the same wall with clients and my own projects: I couldn’t move forward with execution until I had complete clarity on who we were serving, why the brand existed, and what we were really trying to rank for. No existing tool helped me define all of that with enough strategic depth.

I was heavily influenced by the work of Koray Tugberk Gübür and the Holistic SEO community. Koray’s approach to entity-based SEO, topical authority, and strategic clarity made me realize that most digital problems are upstream thinking problems. We launch before we think. We design before we define.

This tool fixes that.

What is Source Context?

Source Context represents:

  • The purpose of your brand

  • Why it deserves to appear in the SERP (Search Engine Results Page)

  • How the brand monetizes attention and turns users into customers

This is what Google tries to understand when evaluating:

  • Your homepage and core site structure

  • Your relevance to commercial and informational intent

  • Your ability to satisfy and convert traffic

When to use Source Context?

Use Source Context to define:

  • Why your website exists

  • Who you serve

  • What you help people accomplish

  • How that leads to revenue

Use it before building a site, during a discovery call, or while aligning on content strategy.

What is the Central Entity?

The Central Entity defines what your website is mainly about. It reflects:

  • The main topics and concepts that appear site-wide

  • The products, problems, or people your brand focuses on

  • The semantic core of your content and services

In SEO terms, it's the "entity" your site builds topical authority around. This is what you want to be known for, trusted for, and ranked for.

For example: My central entity could be "audience strategy systems" or "persona development workflows."

Why Central Entity matters?

Your Central Entity affects:

  • The type of queries you're eligible to rank for

  • How Google clusters your content thematically

  • Internal linking and topic clustering logic

What is the Central Search Intent?

Central Search Intent is the fusion of your Source Context and Central Entity.
It represents your core user group's main purpose when they land on your site.

It focuses on predicates and verbs — what users want to do, solve, learn, or decide.

Examples:

  • Compare tools to build personas

  • Learn how to define customer segments

  • Understand audience needs before launching a brand

This is the intent that should guide your homepage, service pages, and high-impact content. It's also the glue between your strategy and your site's structure.
